Refund Policy

Any faulty or damaged item is eligible for refund under our 30-day policy.

Please email: admin@hometown9.com with your refund claim within 30 days of receipt to be given a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please include this authorization number in the returned package.

Shipping costs for returned items will not be reimbursed.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
* The item must be in the original packaging and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If there has been a 14-day delay receiving your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take as many as 30 days before your refund is officially posted.
